Work=(Energy+Intent)*Action

When I was training as a young preteen, running laps around the baseball diamond at the park by my uncle's house, I was sure he was chasing me around because he hated me. I thought he hated me because I hated me, for being fat. I saw how others looked at me and heard what they whispered when I walked away.
That wasn't actually the case though, at least not with my uncle. He just came from a tougher time, a product of even tougher parents than most today believe was normal such a short time ago.
He was trying to teach a valuable lesson about learning to love the effort along the path ahead.
Trying to show me that effort with intention would pay dividends in time, if you have the discipline to stick with it.

So that's what this website is. Me staying the course on this dream of mine.
